Terms of Service

Welcome to SOLA STUDIO ("SOLA STUDIO," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing memberships or class packages, booking classes, or participating in services offered by SOLA STUDIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 16 years of age to attend classes.
Members under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and sign the SOLA STUDIO Membership & Participation Agreement before participating.
Studio Services
SOLA STUDIO offers heated fitness and wellness experiences, including mat Pilates, Sculpt, Barre, mobility, recovery, and specialty classes.
Class schedules, instructors, memberships, pricing, and services are subject to change at any time.
Member Accounts
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding their account credentials. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.
Memberships and Class Packages
Memberships, introductory offers, and class packages are subject to the specific terms presented at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, memberships and class packages are non-transferable and may not be shared.
Payments
By purchasing a membership or class package, you authorize SOLA STUDIO and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with your membership agreement.
Class Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and may be made through SOLA STUDIO's booking platform.
Cancellation Policy
Class reservations must be canceled at least 10 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Reservations canceled fewer than 10 hours before class, or failure to attend a reserved class, may result in the loss of a class credit, applicable fees, or other membership consequences in accordance with your membership type.
Waitlist Policy
Members may join a waitlist for full classes.
If a member is automatically added to a class from the waitlist more than 10 hours before the scheduled class start time, the standard cancellation policy applies.
If a member is added to class from the waitlist within 10 hours of the scheduled class start time, the member may cancel without penalty.
Late Arrival Policy
To preserve a safe and uninterrupted class experience, members should arrive before class begins.
Members arriving within five (5) minutes after the scheduled class start time may be permitted to enter at the instructor's discretion.
For safety reasons, entry may be denied after five (5) minutes.
Studio Etiquette
Members agree to:
Treat fellow members, instructors, and staff with courtesy and respect.
Silence mobile devices during class.
Follow instructor guidance.
Use studio equipment responsibly.
Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
SOLA STUDIO reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior jeopardizes the safety, comfort, or experience of others.
Health and Safety
Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks.
Members are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their health and fitness level.
Individuals who are pregnant, recovering from injury, managing a medical condition, or taking medication that may affect exercise tolerance should consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating.
Heated Studio Acknowledgment
SOLA STUDIO offers heated classes.
Heat exposure may increase the risk of dehydration, dizziness, fainting, elevated heart rate, heat exhaustion, or other medical complications.
Members should remain hydrated, monitor their physical condition, and discontinue participation immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, nausea, or other symptoms of illness.
Membership & Participation Agreement
All members must complete and sign the SOLA STUDIO Membership & Participation Agreement before participating in classes.
Photography and Video
From time to time, SOLA STUDIO may photograph or record video within the studio for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.
Members who prefer not to appear in photographs or videos should notify a member of our staff before class. While SOLA STUDIO will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests, incidental appearances in group settings cannot always be avoided.

Intellectual Property
All content on the SOLA STUDIO website, including logos, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, text, and other materials, is the property of SOLA STUDIO or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
SOLA STUDIO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
